Delivery & Pickup Policy

At Marcus Main Squeeze, every juice is made fresh with quality ingredients and no unnecessary extras. Because our juices are fresh-pressed and made for peak flavor, we offer scheduled local delivery and pickup options that help protect freshness from our kitchen to your door.

Delivery Base Location
All local deliveries are calculated from our base location at 300 Park Ave, Calumet City, IL. Delivery availability and pricing are based on the distance from this location, route timing, order volume, and scheduled delivery windows.

Local Delivery Zones
We currently offer local delivery within select nearby areas. Delivery fees are based on distance from our base location:

·         0-3 miles: Free delivery; no minimum order.

·         3.1-6 miles: $5 flat delivery fee; $20 minimum order.

·         6.1-10 miles: $10 flat delivery fee; $30 minimum order.

·         10.1-15 miles: $15 flat delivery fee; $40 minimum order.

·         Over 15.1 miles: Special request delivery. A $15 minimum delivery fee applies, plus $1 per mile beyond 15.1 miles. These orders may require approval before fulfillment. $70 minimum order.

Service Areas
Our local service area may include, but are not limited to, Calumet City, Lansing, Dolton, South Holland, Burnham, Hammond, Munster, and other surrounding communities depending on route availability. If your address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is available.

Delivery Days & Freshness
To keep your juices fresh, deliveries are grouped into scheduled windows instead of being delivered randomly throughout the week. Common delivery schedules may include Monday and Thursday, Tuesday and Friday, or every three days for cleanse customers. Delivery days may vary based on production schedule, route volume, and product availability.

Order Cutoff Times
To help us prepare fresh batches and organize delivery routes, orders should be placed before the cutoff time of 1pm. Orders placed after the cutoff time of 1pm may move to the next available delivery or pickup window.

Pickup Option
Customers may choose scheduled pickup to avoid delivery fees. Pickup orders must be collected during the selected pickup window. Because our juices are perishable, please refrigerate your order as soon as possible after pickup.

Missed Deliveries
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery window. If no one is available, we may leave the order in a safe location if possible. Marcus Main Squeeze is not responsible for juices left unrefrigerated after delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or unavailable customer, a redelivery fee may apply.

Special Requests, Events & Bulk Orders
Delivery outside our standard area may be available for bulk orders, corporate wellness orders, events, and larger cleanse packages. These orders are reviewed case by case and may require a custom delivery quote.
